A few of the things I find each week that pique my interest and inspire
me to want to do, create, become, etc. Maybe they will also inspire
you!
Lets Knit. Little Soldier baby blanket. Free download! Design by Judy Ferguson.
Knitted Fair Isle Bangle Bracelets. From Verity Briton. Very unsual!
Daisy Fields Market Tote from The Lavender Chair. Free pattern. Dorianna Rivelli on Ravelry.
From Just Pootling. A Daisy Garland. Cute cute! I think I would do the centres in yellow and the beads in green.
Japanese Flower Coasters from Daisy Cottage Designs. A free Pattern.
I could not find the source for this, but it is fairly self explanatory. How to paint a daisy.
Granny Stripe Blanket, a way to get rid of your scraps. A free pattern from Your Crochet.
White Whiskers Cap from Christine de Savoie on Ravelry. Not free, but so so cute.
I love this cable knit cardigan. I think it is just beautiful. Free pattern on Craft Passions.
How to do the magic knot. Apparently its practically invisible. From
Melanie Ham. The idea of having no threads to weave in is quite appealing I admit.
Ivy Joy, how to make an envelope out of almost anything.
From the people at
Kraft. Easy Lamb Cake. Cute!
Kiki Ramone. A complete free tutorial on how to make a Bento Bag.
And those are my finds for this week. I hope you found something you can use!
I noticed lately that there were all kinds of shows showing up on my Netflix that I hadn't watched. Also I was getting e-mails asking me how I had enjoyed certain things. So I went into my account and checked, only to find that someone in the UK has been watching Netflix on my old TV. I should have taken all that stuff off my television before I left, but of course everything was so up in the air I never thought to. So now I am in the process of changing all my passwords, signing out of all my devices for all the streaming apps we had in the UK. Or at least the ones we paid for. I never thought that by someone else getting my television they would have access to all we had on it. DUH!
A thought to carry with you . . .

Familiar things here:) Susan made me that chicken pot holder:) And I have made those crochet label thingies..:)
ReplyDeleteI am hoping your items were sold and that proceeds will come to you.
Hoping.
Hoping more everything sendable was saved and will come to you.
Yikes, I hope you already changed all your passwords Marie!
ReplyDeleteWhat a scumbag person that is!
Speaking of scumbags, I got a letter in the mail asking if I changed my address! Some scumbag was trying to get my checks, thinking I had everything mailed to me! The idiot showed the address, so they'll get them!
So I might have to change all my passwords! Grrr!
Some jerk is some how getting on my internet bc it will stop and say I'm not connected, both on phone and tv. I won't connect it to anything else til I find out who it is and what's happening!
Now that the snow is melting I'll probably have someone here to check it out soon bc I'm sick of it!
I like the caring for wood utensils, maybe it will work on cutting boards too. I'm not sure what to use on those bc I got my aunts cutting board and it split on the side. It's hard to part with it bc she carved all the roast beef roasts she made on Sunday and all the other meats every holiday.
I like the drying herbs in microwave but not with paper towels. I was cooking a sweet potato yrs ago and right b4 it stopped 1 second left, the paper towel caught on fire! I opened the door quickly shut it and unplugged it and prayed! The fire went right out and I cleaned it up and I'm still using the same microwave today. Yay!
Stay safe and secure!xoxo
You always find the most amazing things to post. I loved the instructions for cleaning a Cast Iron pan. I have a couple that I need to clean. Then the one for caring for wooden utensils; is a good one.
ReplyDeleteAs always the crocheted items catch my eye. I loved the pink knitted sweater. I wish I was talented in do this kind of handiwork. The paper poppies flowers are cute. The fonts are the best, I loved the wedding ones.
I might could swing the Lamb cake; it's cute.
I did love going through all these today.
Blessings, prayers and hugs for you!
