In The English Kitchen today  . . .  Mixed Berry Cobbler.  A delicious half batch recipe from a baking book by the CIA (Culinary Institute of America.) 

I hope you have a wonderful Friday!  I have a lesson to prepare for Sunday and I have two meals to make for a lady from church who just got home from the hospital!  Plus we are slated to have another really hot day!  Not complaining however. It will be Winter soon enough!  Whatever you get up to today, stay cool, stay hydrated, stay happy and safe and don't forget!

  1. Hot and humid here too, don't go out much in the afternoons. You always find the neatest things to look at. I've found commenting from my laptop seems to go through much better than my ipad. Happy Friday, we are off to do a bit of shopping this morning.

  2. Same weather here.But as you say sooner than later the chill will return..I now.. well we now have a black and white printer..Printing in color is way too pricey.I can get photos printed for way less through a pharmacy in town ..and if ever I wanted something else..Staples could do it..:)
