Something for Sunday

I like you as you are,
exactly and precisely,
I think you turned out nicely,
and I like you as you are.
~Mr. Rogers

I hardly ever have enough time these days to do a proper post on Sunday mornings, so I am just going to post a picture, and then you can tell me what it makes you feel or think in the comments.  I will too.

  1. When I look at this picture of Mr. Rogers I feel warm and happy. I loved to watch his show when I was small. It always filled my heart with a special feeling. He was such a wonderful man who made everyone feel loved and validated for being just who they were, a child of God, unique in a wonderful way . . . of value. We need more of that in today's world.

  3. Mr. Rogers was a very special human being. He helped raise a generation of children. Happy Canada Day to all the Canadians who read Marie's lovely blog. I bet you and Todd are celebrating, too, Marie. Hugs, Elaine

    1. Happy Canada Day Elaine! HOpe your day is a special one. I am so grateful that I was one of the children that were raised in that generation. Mr Rogers was very special indeed! I think alot of what is considered Children's entertainment today is really deplorable! Love and hugs. xoxo

Your comments mean the world to me, and while I may not be able to address each one individually, each one is important to me and each one counts. Thanks so much!
