I have finished all of my anti-biotics now.  I am waiting to see if there is an improvement.  They don't feel hot, but they are still a bit red and the left shin is a bit sore.  I am crossing my fingers that it will continue to improve.  I really don't want to go into hospital. I have too much to do.

Cooking in The English Kitchen today  . . .  Mom's Tuna Casserole.  The original.  Simple and tasty.

Have a wonderful Friday. The sun is shining gloriously again today!  Don't forget!

  1. Hi, Marie! Can it be Friday already... and the end of June? Hoping very much that the antibiotics have done their things, and that all will be well! That boggles my mind! Oh, but goodies here today. That rhubarb meringue tart looks sooo good! So does your tuna casserole--love the crushed crisps on top! :) That little girls cropped cardi is sweet. I'd like one of those. ;) Those little sewn houses are so sweet! Love that technique for testing watercolor mixing--very neat! Those stained glass bumble bees are gorgeous! That's something I've never done/tried, is stained glass. Hope you all have a great weekend there! :))) LOVE YOU LOTS ((BIG HUGS))

    1. Thanks Tracy! I have always wanted to try stained glass. I did tour one lady's studio with that end in mind a number of years back, but it is a very expensive hobby! xoxo

  2. I recently tried to pick up and finish off a throw I was crocheting and found out I'd totally forgotten what I was doing. Ripped out many stitches but I'm not going to give up... Hot but beautiful day for us too. Happy Friday !

I love the recipe for the tuna casserole. I used to make one many years ago and I don’t know why I stopped. I will try this one for sure.
