Dirty Fries. Inexplicably one of the most popular recipes on The English Kitchen.  Frozen oven chips with a variety of spice and toppings.  They are rather tasty actually.  

 

 

Have a great Friday.  We were encouraged again by the clapping for our heros last night at 8 PM.  so many people out in their gardens showing their appreciation by making some noise for our helpers.  Such a mood booster!  Are they doing anything like that where you live???
