In The English Kitchen today, Caraway Seed & Lemon Cake. A recipe from Tamasin Day Lewis.  She was a popular cook and food writer in the U.K. and this is a fabulous cake from her book, Food You Can't Say No To.  Delicious. Simply delicious.

I hope that today works well for you. May it be filled with light and love. Just waiting here for the medical calls re Eileen. Hopefully they call when they said that they would.  Whatever you get up today, I hope it brings you joy and peace. Don't forget!
