Something For Sunday

I hardly ever have enough time these days to do a proper post on Sunday mornings, so I am going to start something new.  I am just going to post a picture, and then you can tell me what it makes you feel or think in the comments.  I will too.

  1. And with the advent of Spring, we can now throw open the windows and let that fresh air sweep through the house like a new broom. In with the good, out with the bad. sigh ... fresh beginnings.

  3. Hi Marie~

I love that the window is open, the curtains blowing and letting in the fresh, spring air. We have been nursing a very sick dog...and it's tearing at my heart. The changes we are facing are hard, but it's time for this sweet boy to start over as well. Spring...it's been a long time coming,

    Have a blessed Sunday...love you.

    Hugs and Love,
    Barb

  4. Aw...growing up when the windows were open and morning breezes blew in, it was June...school out...and a few months of REAL leisure to read, enjoy, etc etc. And only in the morning were the breezes cool...soon it was HOT and the house had to be shut up...but loved it when it was just cool enough!!

  5. This brought back a memory from a zillion years ago. I used to love staying with an Aunt and my two cousins. We would be in their upstairs bedroom and the windows curtains would blow as a breeze sweept through the room. I loved playing with my cousins in that room and feeling that slight breeze on a warm summer day.
Thanks for sharing so that I could feel that moment again.
    Blessings and hugs!
