My Friday Finds . . .

A few of the things  I find each week that pique my interest, bring me joy, inspire me to learn, create, do, become . . . Maybe they will do the same for you!

I discovered a new artist. Her name is Stephnie Lambourne. She is based in Suffolk and you can follow her on instagram.  I love her work. Its very whimsical and makes me smile!

Regional Hot Dog Secrets revealed along with links to recipes.  Ball Park.  I love le "Hot Dog! "

Greatest Generation on Tumblr.  A host of vintage ephemera.

Knits by Sachi.  Knitted Bear and Cat Pins.  Seriously cute! Free pattern instructions.

Tiny Penguins Knitting Pattern.  Love Knitting.  These would make really cute tree ornaments!  Not free, but not expensive either.

The Knitting Wool Store, knitted Teddy. He's soooooo cute!  I'm in love!

How to protect your glass bowls from breaking. Cut cardboard circles the size of each of the smallest bowls. Place into the bottoms of the nested bowls to stack. Match the circle you cut out to each bowl; for example: in this photo, the circle that is the size of the blue 401's opening is the circle placed inside the red bowl and that the blue bowl sits on.

The Kitchn.  How to make Gluten Free Chick Pea Bread.  It's called Socca.

No source. Just love.

Hankie Curtain by Two Girl's Stuff.  LOVE this.

Milk and Honey Cardigan  by Savory Knitting on Ravelry. Not free, but not expensive.

Two Cups of Flour.  Apple Pie Cream Filled Donuts.  YUUM!

Dabbles and Babbles.  Modern Tea Towel Set.

Daily Crochet.  Kid's Unicorn Purse.  Free. Cute!

Ravelry.  Jenn Palmer.  Free download.  Uses cotton yarn.

Creativities. This Pineapple stitch one is awfully cute as well.

Little Treasures. The amazing crochet of Sophie Diggard.  Beautiful.  Eye candy galore.

Living Garden Chair. Artist Peter Cook grew this living garden chair using shaping methods, primarily training a living tree through constricting the direction of branch growth. Imagine if we didn't have to cut down trees for these uses!  Just WOW!

Abbeys Kitchen.  Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip. YUM!

View from Great Island.  Mayo in 30 seconds.  My friend Julie has been doing this for years and has had a video of it on You Tube.   Couldn't find it so this will do.

And those are my finds for this week.  I hope something piqued your interest!

A thought to carry with you  . . .
