These are a few of my favourite things. Maybe some of them are yours
also! A few of the things which catch my eye, inspire me, pluck at my
heart
strings, make me smile, intrigue me or that I just plain enjoy. I hope that they will do the
same for you.
Kettle Chips. I like potato chips anyways, but Kettle Chips are my favourites. So crisp and delicious. Lightly salted. My favourite of all. Although I do quite like Sour Cream and Sweet Chili as well.
Back home however, I really liked these ones . . . I also like Dill Pickle Chips.

I love teddy bears, but this one made of denim is so sweet. I love how the seam goed right down his face. How perfect!
Butterflies . . .
Lace Petticoats . . .
Gingham curtains . . .
Polka Dot Dresses . . .
Stone cottages, especially ones with red doors . . . I should paint this one . . .
Shadows . . . shadows mean sunshine . . .
Brown eyes . . . .
Pockets full of posies . . .
Handmade Soaps . . . .
Flower Sprigged dresses . . . .
Blue and White Quilts . . .
Watching figure skating. Mom and I used to watch it together. We both loved it,, especially the pairs dance.
Scandanavian Knits . . .
Blue eggs . . . they are so pretty, but they do cost more.
British robins . . . quite a bit smaller than the North American ones, and they have the most beautiful birdsong to sing . . .
Spring planting . . . there is so much promise in those packages . . .
Cottage gardens with the old fashioned flowers . . .
Rhubarb . . . I wish we were able to grow some in our garden. We have tried many times, but to no avail. Our soil is no good . . .
And those are my favourite things for this week. I hope that some of them were also yours!
A thought to carry with you . . .

And I do too!
Lots of dreamy little pretties..and your wrap..wow!
ReplyDeleteThanks Monique. I am baking meatloaf and sewing masks today! xoxo
DeleteThose wraps do look extremely good. I like just about every picture you shared today. All could be a favorite of mine, especially the robin. So different from our American one, but they are a sure sign of Spring.
ReplyDeleteOver here we have them all year round, but they are synonymous with Christmas for some reason Pam! They are just so cute! xoxo
DeleteBeautiful favourite things as usual. Do you grow rhubarb in your garden, Marie? Ours is coming along nicely and soon I will be able to harvest some for a crisp. Hugs, Elaine
ReplyDeleteWe have tried several times Elaine, but it doesn't succeed in our garden. For the time being, I live in hopes that someone who can grow it will grow it and gift us with some! Love and hugs, xoxo
DeleteAs I have told you before, we do have similar tastes. I loved every single one of your favorites. I loved looking at them all. It was a very fun post to go through and savor.
ReplyDeleteSending love and hugs your way!
Thanks LeAnn! Love you too! xoxo
