In The English Kitchen today  . . .  Easy Brioche Bread.  This was my very first time making a Brioche from scratch. I was really pleased with how it came out. This was an excellent recipe. My brioche is light and fluffy and beautifully delicious! Good bread makes me happy!

There is snow on the ground this morning, but it is mixed with rain. It looks to be a rainy day today. Hopefully that won't disrupt my road trip with Cindy. Looks like the next few days are going to be wet ones.  April showers starting early. In any case I hope that you have a beautiful day filled with light and love. Be safe. Be happy. Don't forget!
