These are a few of my favourite things. Maybe some of them are yours
also! A few of the things which catch my eye, inspire me, pluck at my
heart
strings, make me smile, or that I just enjoy. I hope that they will do the
same for you.
I am loving the way my Christmas Cake turned out this year. I share a tutorial on how I did it here. Needless to say it was really easy as I am no confectioner. I was quite pleased with the results.
This will always be my favourite however. What can I say, I love gingerbread man anything!

Dear Marie, lots of wonderful Christmas/winter favourites! Your cakes are beautiful. I love the clever way you decorated the gingerbread-themed one. And one of Santa's reindeer. Handsome fellow! I hope you do make it into town to see the Christmas market. Maybe it's not too late. Smoked salmon for Todd on Christmas eve. And those beautiful lacy mittens. Enjoy your day. Hope the rain stops. Hugs, Elaine
