In The English Kitchen today . . . Cheese, Spring Onion & Bacon Scones. A delicious update of an old favorite. These go wonderfully with soups, stews, salads or even on their own with some butter and chili jam.
Happy Thursday all. We got quite a bit of snow yesterday, but Eileen was still able to get out for her blood tests, which was good. She is off today to a Valentines party with her CSS people. I really hope she has a good time. I hope you have a beautiful day also! Don't forget!
