In The English Kitchen today  . . .  Brown Sugar Pineapple Pork Chop.  Simply delicious.

Its frosty out there this morning. There are puddles on the ground, so you know it was raining during the night.  We have had a lot of rain this month. If it had been snow, we would be snowed under, lol.  Thankfully it was not.  I hope that you all have a beautiful day.   Be happy. Whatever you get up to, don't forget!
