My Friday Finds . . .

A few of the things I find each week that inspire me to want to do better, to create, to become better, to read more, to watch, to just DO something! Things that delight, inspire, and bring me joy.  Maybe they will do the same thing for you!

These Scottish shortbread cookies from Baking Bites look absolutely gorgeously perfect.  I do love a good shortbread cookie, don't you?

From Lil Luna, 40+ Food Gift ideas.  Some of these are really nice.

Are these decorated Sugar Cookies not the prettiest you have ever seen??  They look very simple to do as well.  From The Monday Box

Organize Your Week printables from Polished Habitat.  I need all the help I can get!

This Gingerbread Doll Pattern is so cute. It looks like a towell topper or a pot holder.   You can get the pattern for free with registration on the Free Patterns  website.   So adorable!

Thirty One Things you can freeze to save time and Money.  Found and Featured.

Eight Simple and Memorable Christmas Eve Traditions.  I love holiday traditions, don't you?  From Clarks Condensed.  When the kids were growing up we always did up a surprise Christmas basket for some family we thought were in need, took a drive to see the Christmas Lights in the neighborhood, did Christmas Cookie Trays up for friends and family, Gingerbread houses, etc.

These Beaded Snowflake ornaments are so cute.   I love them.   It isn't too late to pop one or two of these out!  From the people at BHG.  Simple.

Seventeen Free Printable Christmas Games.  From The Bold Abode.  Some of these are really cute!

A step by step tutorial on making English Toffee.   Found on Pebbles and Pigtails.

The sweetest little Christmas post card.  I think if you click on it, it will get larger.   I hope anyways.   This is so cute.  No source.

From JooJoo, the most adorable little snails, made from air drying clay.  Probably painted with acrylics.

Super simple Santa Cookies.  Aren't they cute!  From Crazy Little Projects.

Christmas Star Sandwiches.   A novel idea.   Great appies perhaps?   For the kids?  From In The Playroom.  They use cheese spread.

From Cottage At the Crossroads, just the cutest Gingerbread man wreath don't you think?

From One Perfect Day, the cutest easier Christmas garland ever.  You use cupcake wrappers!  I can do that!   So sweet!

Scrabble Tiles Ornaments, made from old scrabble tiles or new ones that you can buy at craft shops.  Unique and cute.   From Dimples and Tangles.  People are just so very inventive don't you think?

No Source, but what a unique idea and so simple.   Wine glass candle holder.   Upturned wine glass with a Christmas Bauble beneath, and a burlap bowl.  So sweet and so simple!

Wine Glass Snow Globe.  (A great use for those mismatched glasses you have, or you can buy cheap ones at the shops)  There are also 10 other tutorials for other ideas on this page.  Found on Pretty Designs.

Patchwork Christmas Pillow from Nana and Company.  Sew sweet!  (Every pun intended!)

Free Christmas Printables from I Heart Naptime

Jingle Bells Christmas Ornaments.  Simple.  From The Crafting Chicks.

A dollar/pound store craft.   A North Pole Street Light, made using a solar garden light.  From Apartment Therapy.   Genius!

Free Crochet pattern for an Andy Button Scarf from Rescue Paw Designs.   I love this.

Alice Mary Lynch.  I am in love with this woman's dolls.  So pretty.

Just look at the bride and groom.  So beautiful  . . .

No source, but fascinating.  All these masks made from toilet paper rolls.   Fabulous!

A delightful needlecase from Hen's Teeth.   I love LOVE her work.   It's a real art form.  She also has a shop here.

And that's it for this week.  I hope you found something here to delight your eye or heart, or better still inspire you to create!
