Friday Finds . . .
A few of the wow moments, or things I discover each week that tickle my fancy. I hope that they may inspire or tickle yours too!
I hope you don't think I am bragging, but I just have to show you this. It's my Artist's Bio Page on the JWD Liscensing page. It's not completed yet, but I just had to show you it. Colour me chuffed.
We don't drink or do alcohol but I think this is a brilliant idea from Twenty Two Words. What a fabulous reuse of an old electrical object. Very nostalgic.
I just adore these little paper/card baskets. So sweet. I see a few of these in my future! From The Scrappy Side of Life.
I just love these mason jar pin cushion sewing kits. You can find a complete tutorial on eHow.
A toilet paper roll Paddington Bear. Loving it. From Red Ted Art.
How to make a French Styled Bench from a couple of broken chairs. Complete tutorial. Loving it. A complete tutorial from An Oregon Cottage.
Pantry for a small kitchen. I could sure use one of these. Sigh . . .
From Kreg. Wishing Todd was a bit handier with a hammer and nails!
Love these cute little fairy gardens. Now to find a suitable container! From Pink and Green Mama.
I love, LOVE this idea. It's a great way to free up counterspace! From Houzz Calls.
This Puff Paint Pillow Cover from BHG is really nice. Can you imagine the possibilities?
And that's it for this week. I hope you found something useful amongst it all. ☺
A thought to carry with you through today . . .

May I a small house
and a large garden have,
and a few friends,
and many books,
both true, both wise,
and both delightful too!

Have a wonderful Friday. Hasn't this week just flown by??

JWD Please Marie can you maybe e mail this page as I can't read it...it looks great though. I am so so so happy for you at last to get ome recognition for all your hard work. As you well know if I had plenty money my house woudl be FULL of Marie prints, dolls, in fact anything made by Marie....
ReplyDeleteI am now going along to see what teh rhubarb spread is all about....I love Lemon and Orange curd so might be similar...
Hope you have a lovely day. Weather wise looks rather grey down here at the moment. A bit like my heart at the election results...Our poor NHS what ever will happen next...
Good morning Marie. I like the look of your bio. I also like the baskets. Dad's nnursing home is holding a fair in a few weeks and I need to come up with some easy and simple donations that will sell. This basket may be a great idea. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI am with you Sybil as far as the election goes. SO saddened by the results. Another five years in which the truly needy and poorest of our society will be demonized and in which our NHS and Military will be further demolished. It is heart breaking. It's sunny here so far, but anything could happen! xoxo
ReplyDeleteThanks Suzan. I am glad that you can use this idea! xoxo
