My Favorite Things . . .

And those are all of my favorite things for this week. I was a bit late getting started this morning. I woke up late. Some days are just like that!

Sharing in the kitchen today, Lamb and Damson Stew.  Tender pieces of melt in the mouth lamb in a delicious gravy with root vegetables and a baked dumpling topping. Fabulously tasty! Pork would also be very nice done this way.

I hope you have a lovely Thursday. I am picking up my friend Jackie later this morning and we are going out for lunch. It's something she has wanted to do since August, but life kept getting in the way.  Lunch with a friend, another favorite thing! Whatever you get up to today, I hope it brings you joy!  Don't forget!
