In The English Kitchen today . . . Cheese, Spring Onion & Bacon Scones. A delicious update of an old favorite. These go wonderfully with soups, stews, salads or even on their own with some butter and chili jam.
Happy Thursday all. We got quite a bit of snow yesterday, but Eileen was still able to get out for her blood tests, which was good. She is off today to a Valentines party with her CSS people. I really hope she has a good time. I hope you have a beautiful day also! Don't forget!

They certainly keep Eileen busy with all the activities, so good she got out for the blood work. Lovely pretties today, all so adorable. Off for an eye appointment this morning, also had leak in hot water tank yesterday, so it should be replaced today as it was still under warranty. If it isn't one thing (oven) it is the other (water tank). Enjoy the day.
