A few of the things I discover each week that inspire me and make me want to get busy creating or doing things!  I hope they inspire you to do the same!

Believe it or not, these worn looking suitcases have been made from Altoid tins covered with Polymer Clay.  I think they are amazing!  I could not find a source however.  :-(

  2. Marie I have loved your post today. I love liberty fabrics and have had some clothes made out of them. So much I liked so much and have a heap of things to look at.

I love the look of that blanket and I have heaps of bits and pieces that could be put to great use as I am always knitting something. I think I shall do one.

The illustrations are beautiful. If the cat was grey and white it would be my MIss Nimbus to perfection. I just love your work and have one already. She is my ruby red treasure.

I went to a patchwork shop today and by co-incidence I was given a very late birthday present of $50 yesterday. I bought a clover hoop for embroidery and some exquisite Beatrix Potter fabrics to play around with too.

God bless your day and have a smile and laugh for me.

  7. What great things you've posted this week. I love the articles on seven ways to eat healthier and that which is about herbs. I grew basil very successfully last year and so learned pretty early on regarding it's harvesting. I only have a balcony but it's amazing how much one can grow in a small space.

The recipe for apple parsnip soup looks gorgeous and is now on my "to cook" list. And your art work never ceases to make me smile. You're so very talented Marie. Very blessed indeed. Thanks ever so much for all your hard work on your blogs. I so enjoy reading them daily.

Thanks Faith! I just thought it was about time that I gave something back! You all give me so much each day with your lovely comments! xoxo

I am glad that you do Noelle! I am in the middle of planning my own garden now. Mostly in pots. That way I can move them about! Or, maybe Todd can move them about while I supervise! xoxo

  9. You are amazing as always dear friend. I do like your drawings and they are both charming.
I really liked your fines.I feel well taught with the bra fitting which is need and the keyboard shortcuts.
Eating Healthier is always a goal of mine and this puts it in perspective.
The mail organizing with old books; so creative.
I truthfully would love to make some lap blankets for others and me; I am always cold.
With the mission I don't know if we will get to the garden part.
I enjoyed it all; thanks for all you do in finding these great ideas.
    Sending loving thoughts your way!
