The main problem with that is Winter usually comes back with a vengeance once all the trees have been tricked into blossoming, and we lose our fruit. I have my fingers crossed! You have a wonderful day also! xoxoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-762115079758642698.post-7750888707097895532016-02-18T21:35:41.374+00:002016-02-18T21:35:41.374+00:00Hi Marie~

I love all the little sparrows and starlings that come and eat out of my feeders...and yes, I love our Robin Red-Breasts! We won't get bumble bees until summer, but they are really amazing and beautiful!

I love your thoughts on life and death. I have no desire to die, not quite yet. Like you, I have fences to mend and hearts to soften before my time is up.

It's been snowy, windy and cold at my house today, nothing spring-like here! But, tomorrows a new day, and Spring will come!

Have a wonderful day!

Hugs,
BarbBarbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15158897469583069249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-762115079758642698.post-19223473342106114362016-02-18T15:49:42.302+00:002016-02-18T15:49:42.302+00:00I do not believe I am brave enou for quite pink! ...I do not believe I am brave enou for quite pink! Hope your day is a sweet one. xoxo

We are birds of a feather Monique. It would depend on how pink it was. Slap your face pink . . . I don't know about that one, but pale pink, I could go for. I have showed Todd the colour I like and I think once the mission is done, I may just go for it. We will see. Watch this space! xoxoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-762115079758642698.post-69181827421790952162016-02-18T13:55:42.580+00:002016-02-18T13:55:42.580+00:00I agree..you are a fence MENDER..not breaker.

Sometimes you just have to let go and let God. He does the impossible. I've learned to let go of the past and enjoy each day as it comes. Count your blessings and not the hurts. The dentist isn't much fun, but it could be worse. I'm mostly known as 'MA'https://www.blogger.com/profile/12107548726472541669noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-762115079758642698.post-54809336688991882632016-02-18T10:57:52.755+00:002016-02-18T10:57:52.755+00:00So good to hear from you Sybil, I worry when I don...So good to hear from you Sybil, I worry when I don't. It's sunny and cool here today. Cannot complain about the cold when the sun is shining and it's dry. I will take that any day! Glad you had a nice day with Beth! xoxo

Oh Suzan, what a compassionate Dentist. I would love to make mine cry grrr . . . haha just kidding. I wish that there was some form of topical freezing they could put on just for the cleaning. I could just about die each time. I have only ever eaten Quorn once and it made me very ill. Have avoided it like the plague since! Have a great day! xoxo

We don't get any squirrels here Gina, but we used to get quite a few down south, even an albino one. Thanks for your well wishes with the Dentist! xoxoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-762115079758642698.post-61659756555854308372016-02-18T09:43:47.513+00:002016-02-18T09:43:47.513+00:00In my garden I am visited daily by a pair of sparr...In my garden I am visited daily by a pair of sparrows and a pair of squirrels. I must admit they are not my favourite persons but are very necessary. I like my current dentist. Once I cried he nearly cried too.

I am anxious for some rain. The hot spell has eased a little but it is still too warm for my liking and the little local dams are dry. I worry for the animals. The native animals do well enough but others are not equipped for our climate.

Today I have cooked a Quorn lasagne. I am quite terrified. It looks the same but it doesn't smell right. I have made macadamia brownies as a treat for the non vegetarians eating the vego food.

God bless the day. I hope that Todd gets to see many more birds as the days pass.Suzehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15283293507101152512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-762115079758642698.post-70887726788961244912016-02-18T07:51:30.173+00:002016-02-18T07:51:30.173+00:00Morning Marie from a nice sunny and not to cold Bo...Morning Marie from a nice sunny and not to cold Box...I have just been over making a comment on your food blog....what a great idea..I can't wait to,taste it....hope you had a good day yesterday.
