In The English Kitchen today, a One Pan Egg Toast Omelet. Three simple ingredients, one skillet and ten minutes of time. Delicious with a splash of hot sauce. There was a comment left saying it looked greasy, but it isn't greasy in the least. That is hot sauce on the plate, not oil or grease.  This was quite simply really tasty!

My eye gradually got better as the day went on yesterday. My eye doctor wasn't open yesterday, now today the eye is back to normal, so whatever it was seems temporary. I do have an eye appointment on the 21st, so will leave it until then I think.  I don't have anyone who could go with me at the moment, and they always want someone to drive you because of the drops they put in.

I am planning on doing another video tomorrow. I just haven't 100% decided what it will be on yet. The wheels are still turning!
