Copycat KFC Coleslaw

In The Kitchen today  . . . Copycat KFC Coleslaw.  The last time we had coleslaw from the local KFC it was horrible. This recipe tastes like KFC Coleslaw used to taste and it is delicious. A small batch recipe.

Boy did we ever have some rain yesterday. There was a lot of flooding locally.  This was the parking lot at one of our grocery stores in town.  Its bad all the way through the valley.  It was coming down in torrents. Cindy was here for a short yesterday afternoon to clip my cats nails and it was not raining at all when she arrived, but by the time she left it was coming down in bucket loads. There are lots of road closures all along the valley this morning.  We won't need to water our gardens for a while methinks!

I hope you have a beautiful day today and that you are safe and dry and warm!  Whatever you get up to be careful and don't forget!
