Good morning Marie. I love today's find and itch to find the time to do some! At present I am sitting in a community theatre so Pip can audition for "Joseph and His Technicolour Dreamcoat". Another long autumn of rehearsals could lie ahead. But this time it is all closer to home.
ReplyDeleteA sad tale from my day....For the first time in years I have had to frog my knitting. My baby coat is back to a long strand....not so happy but will survive.

ReplyDeleteLate getting in today again !!...never mind here I am..what a lovely photograph that is of Mei lil...and her lovely card...( our church worker has a daughter now 14 that she and her husband adopted when she was just six months old, they lived in New Zealand at that time and had to go to China to collect her, she has been such a blessing to Helen and Frank) As always I love your ..finds...I have always loved red shoes I remember being delighted to have my leg off as it meant that at last I could have a pair of red shoes...and I did !...I still love red shoes but never find pairs that would fit these days..but we can always dream can't we.....Would love to see Todds face on his birthday if you do the balloon doorway !.....hope you are looking forward to a lovely weekend, forecast looks set for some warmer days. I really can't wait to make that cute headband, I have a few little's that would love it! and the embroidery tea towels are too cute, I will definitely download that pattern. I am just grateful that you visit Sybil! I had a pair of red shoes once upon a time. I was much younger then. I had a beautiful denim dress with a red leather belt and I used to wear these lovely red leather flats with it. Not sure what happened to any of that stuff now. Mind you I was also a lot thinner then so I would not be able to get near any of it anyways! lol I hear we are in for a mini heat wave! We shall see! Happy weekend! xoxo

Oh, my gosh you have so many fun finds. I too love the red shoes. Nordstrom shoes are expensive. I love all of them photos of the finds. I really like the handiwork; but there isn't as much of it in today's world. I remember embroidering pillow cases for my hope chest so many years ago. I really love the Birthay ball one decoration; it is a fantastic idea. I will want to do that one for my hubby too.

I think most shoes are expensive nowadays LeAnn! I have two pairs. One for every day and one for church! I did embroidery for my hope chest also. Do girls even have hopechests nowadays? I hate dust also. We have a black glass tv stand that you can dust and two minutes later looks like you never touched it! I hate it! One of the husband's purchases! Love and hugs to you also! oxox
