New in The English Kitchen today  . . .  Hot Buttered Corn Rice.  This is simple to make and really delicious.  A side dish that goes with just about anything!

Eileen had her last infusion yesterday. I hope she is back to normal. A blood test in a week or so should determine if they have worked or not.  I wish for each of you a beautiful day.  Wet here. But rain, not snow, so a plus.  Whatever you get up to, don't forget!
